It bothers me when cyclists, especially teenagers, never follow road rules. I almost hit a goddamn girl today on her stupid bike because she didn't stop at the 4-way stop. I had already done my stop and was in the middle of the cross when she comes bolting in front of me.
I apply that same frustration to those super serious cyclists in their spandex and racing personas when they came speeding down hills on the street, not the sidewalk, and disregard any other cars that are driving.
Then what if I hit you, is it my fault because you're a pedestrian? Or is it your fault for not following road rules? The same shit applies to you, asshole.

I don't know about where you live, but in NC, cyclists are NOT considered pedestrians and you are no liable if you hit them when they are not following the road rules. They also do not havce pedestrian crosswalk rights. This was stressed to us when I started college: that if you were on foot and went out on a crosswalk and got hit, the car was liable no matter what. But if you were on a bicycle and got hit on a crosswalk, the car was not liable because you are considered a moving vehicle.

Also, you cannot drink and operate a bicycle XD

lol I live in Chicago pretty much. Chicagoland suburbs more so.
In some burbs, we have a portion of the street that's painted for cyclists only. But most of them aren't marked at all. Either way, if you're on a moving thing with wheels, especially in the street, I strongly believe that they should follow the same stupid rules we do.

Sometimes I get super tempted TO hit them to prove a point lol

I hate when people who are say older than 10 years old bike on the sidewalks. Especially adults. Ugh. I almost got hit by my next door neighbour.

It's illegal to ride a bike on a sidewalk here.
